06/17/02-Well, my updating continues to be sporadic, I was having some problems with the server and then I was busy getting an apartment in New Jersey. Thanks for sticking with me, Noah 04/22/02-I'm back! I wish I could have kept updating my comics over the past three weeks, but the stress of school work got to me and I fell behind. I'm thinking about adding some of my other artwork to the site, to make up for the days I missed. I have a number of design and photography projects that I could share, but maybe it's better to just have comics on this sight. Send me an email if you have an opinion. On a side note, my band General Tso and the Tenderbites will be playing at Yale's Spring Fling Concert before Guster. If you want to hear some of our songs check out the official site. 02/28/02-For some reason the server stopped updating my comics this week, but I updated them today, so go to the archives if you want to get caught up. 02/08/02-My apologies for only getting one comic up this week, I was overwhelmed with photography and graphic design projects. I'm going to upload a lot of comics in advance this weekend, so hopefully this won't happen again. 01/22/02-Due to a switch in servers I was unable to get my comics posted last week. Things seem to be running smoothly now, however, so keep visiting this site for more General Tso goodness. 01/08/02-I did a lot of site construction this last week, I hope no one had trouble finding the comics. I'm almost happy with the layout now, but I always appreciate suggestions. I just got the top 100 list banners working, so please click on them if you want to support this site. 01/01/02-At the dawning of a new year I am pleased to unveil a new comic strip to the world. The idea for the strip actually came to me over a year ago. I wanted to create a comic with broad appeal to Americans of all ages, and what could be more American than a fast food restaurant? I decided to name the strip and the restaurant General Tso's, after one of my favorite Chinese dishes and the ska/rock band I play in: General Tso and the Tenderbites. The characters slowly developed over the course of a summer and I now have over 80 strips completed. I'm not going to release them all at once, however, so you'll have to keep returning if you want to see how events transpire in the wild microcosm of General Tso's. General Tso's is hosted on Keenspace, a free webhosting and site automation service for webcomics. |
